Frequently asked questions.
How working with us works — engagement process, pricing, AI-assisted engineering safety, and international delivery. For service-specific technical questions, each service page has its own deeper FAQ section.
Working With Us
We combine custom software engineering, AI-assisted prototyping, embedded systems, modern web and CMS delivery, test automation, technical SEO, AI search visibility, and performance marketing.
Yes. Engagements range from full-cycle builds to slotting into an existing team for a specific gap — a QA layer, a performance audit, a GEO/AI-search strategy — without requiring a full team replacement. We can join for a focused capability, improve a delivery workflow, or own a defined project while keeping decisions and handoffs visible.
This is the connected delivery model referenced across the site: a build isn't handed off cold between teams. Software engineering routes through the same QA layer before launch, and web and marketing work share the same technical foundation — so a site's performance and SEO aren't treated as separate concerns solved by separate vendors.
Test Automation & QA->Yes, with the same position stated on the AI Vibe Coding & Prototyping page: AI accelerates implementation, but a human engineer still reviews every merge for architecture fit and security. AI-generated code isn't shipped unreviewed, and the distinction between a disposable prototype and production-ready code is stated explicitly at every handoff.
AI Vibe Coding & Prototyping->An architecture or discovery phase scoped to the specific problem — not a generic kickoff call. We start by clarifying the outcome, constraints, current system, and decision that needs to be made, then propose a focused first step rather than a large undifferentiated scope. The relevant service page's Engagement Model section shows the actual phase breakdown for that specific type of work.
Yes — NeutechIT is built for international, remote-first collaboration. We work with teams across timezones using documented decisions, clear milestones, and communication practices designed for distributed delivery.
About NeutechIT->Engagement & Pricing
You have input throughout. Work runs in visible phases with documented decisions at each handoff, and the relevant service page's Engagement Model section shows exactly what happens in each phase. Nothing is built in isolation and delivered as a surprise at the end — architecture and scope decisions are made with you, not presented to you after the fact.
You do. The codebase, architecture, and infrastructure definitions are yours, delivered with documentation so your team — or any team — can operate and extend it without us. This applies regardless of which service you engaged us for.
NeutechIT's own team does the engineering. The same team that builds your front end also ships production SaaS platforms and embedded firmware — that's the basis of the connected delivery model, and it doesn't work if the work is passed to an unrelated subcontractor.
It depends on the type of work. Focused, well-defined engagements — an audit, a prototype, a migration — are typically fixed-scope. Ongoing work like QA pipeline ownership, SEO, or paid acquisition is usually a retainer. We propose a focused first step so you can validate the fit before committing to a larger scope, rather than quoting a flat rate that doesn't reflect the actual work.
It varies by which path fits. A rapid AI-assisted prototype is measured in one to two weeks; a production launch MVP in roughly three to six weeks; a full SaaS build or a headless CMS migration is a phased engagement scoped against your requirements. Performance and SEO engagements are scoped against how much is actually broken. Each service page's Engagement Model section gives the phase breakdown for that specific type of work.
We take on single-service engagements. Plenty of clients come to us for one specific gap — a QA layer, a performance audit, a GEO/AI-search strategy — without engaging the other pillars. The connected delivery model describes how the pillars work together when you need more than one; it isn't a requirement to buy all of them.
Trust & Process
We work under NDA where required, keep client code and data in access-controlled repositories scoped to the people working on that engagement, and never reuse client code or data across projects. For products handling sensitive data, security practices — secret management, dependency scanning, and access control — are part of the build rather than a separate audit.
Engagements run in visible phases specifically so this surfaces early rather than at the end. Each phase has a defined deliverable, so if the direction isn't right you know at the point where changing course is still cheap. Where a decision needs revisiting, we revisit it — a documented decision is a decision that can be changed, not a commitment you're locked into.
